Dear Members

As announced in my email of 13 November 2025, we will meet  On-Line only at 6:15 for 6:30 on Thursday 11 December for our AGM

The Agenda will include:-


1    Adoptioon of the new RCamKap Constitution and By-laws

     The 2025 RCamKap Constitution and By-Laws have been circulaed under seperate cover for your perusal before the AGM

2     Presidents half year report to the club

3.    Tabling of 2024 - 2025 year end accounts for approval.

4.    Electiion of a President Elect to take over 1st July 2026, a secretary for 2026 and a Treasurer for 2026

     Nomination forms have been circulated under seperate cover on 13 November 2025 

Please submit all duly completed and signed Nomination Forms to  secretary@rcamkap.com before Sunday 06 December 2025.   Anyone wanting to throw theit hat in the ring without a nomination, please let me know.

Please all Register/Decline by Saturday 06 December to ensure we have a Quorum
